How to maintain an ultrasonic device?
The core of ultrasonic equipment maintenance is to extend the life of core components and maintain stable operation. It requires layered maintenance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, with a
focus on cleaning, tightening, and parameter checking.
- Routine Maintenance (Before and After Each Use)
Clean Welding Head: Wipe the surface of the welding head with a soft cloth to remove residual plastic slag or dust, preventing impurities from affecting the accuracy of the next weld.
Check Connection: Confirm that the connecting screws between the welding head and the amplitude transformer are not loose. If loose, tighten them to the specified torque using a special wrench.
No-Load Test: After powering on, run the machine under no-load for 10-20 seconds, listening for normal operating sounds. If there are no abnormal noises, you can begin operation.

2.Weekly Maintenance
Clean the machine body: Wipe the outer casing and control panel with a dry cloth to remove dust from the ventilation holes and prevent overheating due to poor heat dissipation.
Inspect cables: Check the power cord and signal cables for damage or aging, and ensure the plug connections are secure to avoid malfunctions caused by poor contact.
Lubricate moving parts: Apply special lubricant to the slide rails, clips, and other moving parts on the machine to reduce mechanical friction.

- Monthly Maintenance
Inspect Core Components: Remove the side cover of the equipment and inspect the amplitude transformer and transducer for cracks or oxidation.
If rust is found, address it promptly. Calibrate Parameters: Use professional instruments to test whether the ultrasonic frequency and amplitude of
the equipment meet the standards. If the deviation is too large, contact the manufacturer for calibration.Replace Wear Parts: Check the wear condition
of the welding head. If obvious dents or shallowing of the grooves appear on the surface, replace the welding head immediately. Also check wear parts
such as fuses and seals, and replace them as needed.
4.In addition, special attention should be paid to checking the machine body for water droplets during humid seasons. If there are water droplets,
please open the cover to ventilate and dry the machine before plugging it in to avoid damaging it.
