How to design an ultrasonic mold for a product
Product welding requirements:
Analyze the service life of the ultrasonic mold based on the product's welding needs to determine whether to use aluminum alloy or titanium alloy to make the ultrasonic plastic mold.
Product shape design:
Determine the specifications of the ultrasonic mold, the pressure transmission zone, the possible deformation of the product during fusion, and the required power of the ultrasonic
plastic welding machine based on the welding process used. Also determine whether the welding can be completed in one step or in two stages.

Product Material:
The working amplitude of the ultrasonic mold is determined by which component should receive ultrasonic energy, and the form, location, and size of the energy guide wire.
When combining different plastics, how should the weld lines and welding surfaces be designed?

We have a professional ultrasonic mold making team. As long as you provide the 3D drawings of your product, we will comprehensively consider your welding requirements,
product shape and structure, plastic material, etc., to design the ultrasonic mold, taking into full account the welding direction (which direction to weld), the ultrasonic frequency
to be used, the ultrasonic amplitude to be designed, and reasonable structural support (bottom mold), etc.
