Working Principle
The ultrasonic plastic welding machine works based on high-frequency ultrasonic vibration:
1.The ultrasonic generator converts mains electricity into 15KHz high-frequency high-power electrical energy.
2.The transducer converts the electrical energy into mechanical vibration of the same frequency, and amplifies the vibration amplitude through the horn.
3.The amplified vibration is transmitted to the welding surface of the plastic parts through the welding head (horn).
4.The friction between the plastic molecules generates high temperature instantly, melting the contact surface of the two plastic parts.
5.After the vibration stops, the molten plastic cools and solidifies, forming a firm and sealed weld, completing the welding process.

● Welding Head (Horn) Maintenance: Regularly check the tightness of the welding head, clean the welding surface to avoid residue. If the welding head is worn or cracked, replace it in time to ensure welding quality.
● Transducer & Generator Maintenance: Keep the transducer and generator dry and ventilated, regularly clean the dust inside the cabinet, avoid high temperature and humidity environment, and check the circuit regularly.
● Safety System Inspection: Regularly test the safety grating and dual-button start function to ensure the safety protection system works normally, and avoid safety accidents.
● Pneumatic System Maintenance: Regularly check the air pressure, air pipe and cylinder, drain the water in the air filter, add lubricating oil to the pneumatic components as needed to ensure smooth operation.
● Regular Calibration: Regularly calibrate the ultrasonic frequency, power and welding parameters to ensure consistent welding quality and stable equipment performance.
● Long-Term Storage: If the equipment is not used for a long time, clean it thoroughly, turn off the power and air supply, store it in a dry and ventilated place, and power on and run it for a short time regularly to prevent component aging.
