Industrial Ultrasonic Homogenizer & Processor

Professional ultrasonic homogenizer with high-power immersion probe and intelligent touch-screen generator. Delivers precise cavitation effects for efficient emulsification, dispersion, extraction and cell disruption. Suitable for lab R&D, pilot-scale and small-batch production in food, pharma, chemical and cosmetic industries.

    Product Overview

This  Industrial Ultrasonic Homogenizer combines a high-performance touch-screen generator with a heavy-duty titanium alloy immersion probe. It’s designed for processing small to medium volumes, bridging the gap between lab-scale experimentation and industrial pilot production. The system converts electrical energy into intense ultrasonic vibrations that propagate through the liquid medium, achieving uniform particle size reduction and efficient mixing at a molecular level.

    Core Advantages

    1.Intelligent Digital Control
Equipped with a large LCD touch-screen, offering real-time monitoring of power, time, amplitude and temperature. Features adjustable power output (0-100%) for precise process control, ensuring reproducibility across batches.
    2.High-Efficiency Titanium Probe
Constructed from food-grade TC4 titanium alloy, the probe offers excellent corrosion resistance, high toughness and wear resistance. The serrated probe tip increases the contact area with the liquid, amplifying cavitation intensity for faster processing results.
    3.Superior Homogenization Effect
Generates strong ultrasonic cavitation to break down agglomerates and disperse particles at the micro/nano level. Achieves finer particle size distribution compared to traditional mechanical stirrers, significantly improving product stability, clarity and consistency.
    4.Versatile Volume Range
Suitable for processing volumes ranging from 50mL to 5L (batch processing) or continuous flow via external circulation. Flexible configuration makes it ideal for R&D trials, quality control testing, and small-batch specialty production.
    5.Integrated Cooling System
Built-in circulation port connects to an external chiller, maintaining the desired material temperature during high-intensity ultrasonic processing. Critical for heat-sensitive materials and preventing solvent evaporation.

    Working Principle

1.The homogenizer operates on the principle of Acoustic Cavitation.
2.The ultrasonic generator converts standard AC power into high-frequency (20KHz) electrical energy.
3.This energy is converted into mechanical vibrations by the transducer, which are amplified by the probe horn.
4.The probe tip vibrates at high amplitude (20-50μm) directly within the liquid material.
5.In regions of low pressure, microscopic bubbles (cavitation bubbles) form. In regions of high pressure, these bubbles collapse violently.
6.This collapse creates micro-jets and shock waves, physically disrupting cell structures, reducing particle size, and creating uniform emulsions and dispersions.

    Maintenance & Care

Probe Maintenance: The titanium probe is the core component. Inspect it daily for pitting, corrosion or cracks. If surface damage is detected, replace the probe immediately to avoid performance degradation or equipment damage.

Cleaning Protocol: Clean the probe and processing vessel immediately after use. For biological/pharmaceutical residues, use a mild detergent or perform ultrasonic cleaning. Sterilize via autoclaving or alcohol wipe as required by GMP standards.

Generator Care: Keep the generator cabinet clean and dust-free. Ensure proper ventilation to prevent overheating. Power off and disconnect during cleaning or maintenance periods.

Cable & Connection Check: Regularly inspect the cable between the generator and probe for wear, cuts, or exposed wires. Ensure the connector is tight and free of contamination to prevent power loss.

Cooling System Flush: If mineral scale builds up in the cooling lines, flush with a descaling solution regularly to maintain heat exchange efficiency and prevent overheating.

Calibration: For critical processes, calibrate the amplitude and power output periodically to ensure consistent performance over time.
