Industrial Ultrasonic Homogenizer & Processor
Product Overview
This Industrial Ultrasonic Homogenizer combines a high-performance touch-screen generator with a heavy-duty titanium alloy immersion probe. It’s designed for processing small to medium volumes, bridging the gap between lab-scale experimentation and industrial pilot production. The system converts electrical energy into intense ultrasonic vibrations that propagate through the liquid medium, achieving uniform particle size reduction and efficient mixing at a molecular level.

Maintenance & Care
● Probe Maintenance: The titanium probe is the core component. Inspect it daily for pitting, corrosion or cracks. If surface damage is detected, replace the probe immediately to avoid performance degradation or equipment damage.
Cleaning Protocol: Clean the probe and processing vessel immediately after use. For biological/pharmaceutical residues, use a mild detergent or perform ultrasonic cleaning. Sterilize via autoclaving or alcohol wipe as required by GMP standards.
● Generator Care: Keep the generator cabinet clean and dust-free. Ensure proper ventilation to prevent overheating. Power off and disconnect during cleaning or maintenance periods.
● Cable & Connection Check: Regularly inspect the cable between the generator and probe for wear, cuts, or exposed wires. Ensure the connector is tight and free of contamination to prevent power loss.
● Cooling System Flush: If mineral scale builds up in the cooling lines, flush with a descaling solution regularly to maintain heat exchange efficiency and prevent overheating.
● Calibration: For critical processes, calibrate the amplitude and power output periodically to ensure consistent performance over time.
