Working Principle
English:The ultrasonic homogenizer works based on the "ultrasonic cavitation effect".
1.The ultrasonic generator converts 50/60Hz mains electricity into high-frequency (20KHz) high-power electrical energy, and transmits it to the ultrasonic transducer.
2.The transducer converts the electrical energy into mechanical vibration of the same frequency, and amplifies the vibration amplitude through the horn.
3.The amplified vibration is transmitted to the probe immersed in the liquid material, generating alternating high-pressure and low-pressure cycles in the liquid.
4.In the low-pressure stage, tiny vacuum bubbles (cavitation nuclei) are generated in the liquid; in the high-pressure stage, these bubbles collapse violently instantly, generating local high temperature, high pressure and strong micro-jet, shock wave.
5.These extreme physical effects achieve emulsification, homogenization, dispersion, crushing, extraction and other effects on the material, completing the processing of the liquid.

Maintenance & Care
1.Daily Inspection: Check the power connection, cooling system and pipeline connection before each use to ensure no leakage, loose parts or abnormal noise.
2.Cleaning After Use: Clean the probe, flow channel and all material-contact parts with clean water or suitable cleaning agent immediately after use, to avoid material residue and corrosion, and ensure hygiene for next use.
3.Regular Inspection of Transducer & Probe: Check the tightness of the transducer and probe connection regularly (once a month). If the vibration is abnormal or the power drops, stop using it immediately and check for wear or looseness.
4.Cooling System Maintenance: Regularly check the cooling water circulation, ensure the cooling system works normally, avoid overheating of the equipment, and extend the service life of the transducer.
5.Electrical System Maintenance: Keep the ultrasonic generator dry and ventilated, regularly clean the dust inside the cabinet, avoid high temperature and humidity environment, and check the circuit regularly.
6.Lubrication & Wear Check: Regularly check the wear of moving parts, add lubricant as needed, and replace severely worn parts in time to ensure stable operation.
7.Long-Term Storage: If the equipment is not used for a long time, clean it thoroughly, dry it, store it in a dry and ventilated place, and power on and run it for a short time regularly to prevent component aging.
