Working Principle

The ultrasonic generator turns electrical power into high-frequency vibration, which transfers to the titanium cutting blade. When the vibrating blade touches cakes or soft pastries, tiny vibrations create a separating layer between blade and food. Instead of squeezing through food like traditional knives, it gently separates the pastry. This is the key reason cream and sticky fillings do not stick. Combined with auto conveyor and servo positioning, the machine repeats stable cutting cycles automatically.
