Ultrasonic food cutting knife

Our ultrasonic food cutting blade adopts high-frequency vibration cutting technology, replacing conventional mechanical knives for food processing. Titanium-made cutting head avoids food sticking, delivers neat cutting surface with less crumbs and product deformation. Compatible with sticky, layered, frozen and soft foods, easy to mount on automatic production lines or handheld operation, widely accepted by European and American bakery, confectionery and frozen food factories.

    Working Principle

    The whole cutting system consists of ultrasonic generator, transducer, booster and titanium cutting blade. The generator converts regular alternating current into high-frequency electrical energy, which is transmitted to transducer to turn electric power into regular mechanical vibration. After amplitude amplification via booster, vibration transfers to cutting blade. High-speed vibration reduces friction between blade and food, the blade slices food with tiny pressing force instead of rigid extrusion, realizing clean separation without squeezing or smearing raw materials.

    Product Introduction

    All cutting blades are manufactured with food-grade titanium alloy, stable in continuous long-hour production and resistant to corrosion from grease, cream and syrup. The vibration system supports adjustable working status to match different food textures from soft sponge cake to dense hard candy. Compared with traditional cutting tools, it largely cuts downtime caused by frequent blade cleaning and reduces leftover waste from broken, deformed products.

    The cutting unit supports flexible installation: standalone handheld type for small bakery workshops, fixed modular type to dock with existing conveyor and automated production lines for large-scale food manufacturers. The whole structure is compact, surface smooth for quick water washing, conforming to EU food hygiene production standards.
