Working Principle
Ultrasonic food cutting uses high-frequency mechanical vibration to drastically reduce friction between the blade and food material:
1.The ultrasonic generator converts electrical energy into high-frequency (typically 20kHz) ultrasonic waves.
2.The transducer transforms these waves into tiny, rapid mechanical vibrations on the cutting horn.
3.As the vibrating blade contacts the food, the vibration creates an almost frictionless surface, allowing the blade to slice cleanly through even soft, sticky, or delicate products without deformation, smearing, or crumbs.
